#PauseFAP. A movement from Pfizer and the Brazilian Academy of Neurology.
Envision being abruptly stripped of nearly everything you hold dear: outings with friends, family gatherings, even the ability to walk. Familial Amyloidotic Polyneuropathy (FAP) is a silent, devastating disease often diagnosed too late.
To bring awareness to the disease, we created #PauseFAP. Stories told through colorful animations make us wonder how FAP could have affected important parts of our history and paused some of our brightest minds, like Merilyn Monroe, Charles Chaplin, Albert Einstein, Tarsila do Amaral, and others, to finish their masterpieces. The same goes for anyone's history. The campaign aims to pause the disease instead by showing how to identify and treat it early.
