Straight Talk inspires stronger connections amidst pandemic uncertainties: keeping loved ones close
Straight Talk by Verizon had a tough mission - to inform their current customers, many going through hardship in the middle of the pandemic, that they need to replace their phones to keep their service active and compatible with the latest updates in cell towers.
The brand needed to approach customers in a heartfelt way, and show the importance of staying connected to their loved ones. We produced a film that placed the brand's dependable wireless service in the center of that connection as an important tool in tough times.
The ad features a soul-stirring original soundtrack by recording artist Carson. Its slice-of-life vignettes shot remotely with skeleton crews, illustrate the pivotal role that wireless communications play in bridging distances and enhancing solidarity. Most importantly, they present alternatives to staying engaged while abiding by social distancing protocols.
